Fasting Options
The Daniel Fast is a partial fast based on the
biblical account of the prophet Daniel, particularly
from Daniel 1:12 and Daniel 10:2-3. It is typically
followed for 21 days and focuses on consuming
only plant-based, whole foods while avoiding
processed foods, sweeteners, and animal

Choose what works for you. Maybe you give up
just sugar, or just meat, or just fast one meal a day.
Modified Fast
You may want to give up social media, or Netflix or screen time in general.
Non Food Fast
On the Daniel Fast, you eat plant-
